Southwest Georgia Oil Company
Located in Bainbridge, Georgia and operates under
the trade name Inland. The goal of Inland is to be the largest independent
oil company in the tri-state area of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.
Moving quickly toward that goal, Inland has opened numerous convenience
stores, service stations and travel centers throughout the area.
The Inland Mission
Southwest Georgia Oil and Inland Food Stores has
developed a statement that encapsulates the overriding purpose and
objectives of the entire organization. The statement is used to
communicate this purpose to employee customers and external customers
alike and to guide employee customers in their contribution towards
achieving it.
Southwest Georgia Oil and Inland’s mission statement
is, "Outrageous Customer Service," and our goal is to
provide outrageous customer service to employee customers and external
customers alike. Pride in personal and corporate appearance, pride
in providing quality service, and pride in presenting a positive
attitude are essential to becoming and remaining the convenience
store, petroleum company and employer of choice. The first priority
of every Inland employee customer is to adopt a friendly, courteous,
and service oriented attitude, or what the Inland Team refers to
as, "Outrageous Customer Service."
